Our very own Cumberland Ballroom offers flexible seating for up to 80 people and table arrangements for workshops, seminars, lectures or other presentations. The room has adjustable lighting, excellent acoustics, a movable podium, and other conveniences. We also offer a complete on-site catering service to meet your needs.

The Franklin-Pearson House inn facility can also serve your needs as a convenient guest accommodation for out-of-town speakers or visitors coming to your event. Special rates can be applied when guest rooms are booked in conjunction with special events in the Cumberland Ballroom.
